The guy i normally deal with is away on holiday just now, and they other fat prick of an employee didn't even seem interested in what i had to say. He even tried telling me that no one had an RS yet.
Just got off the phone to Ford Customer Relations and explained the situation, and they're going to try and help.
I think it'll be a miracle if they do...

Ford aren't the best when t comes to customer service but i think they'd be more inclined to help your Dad who is actually buying the car rather than his son. if you came into where i work asking where 'Daddy's car is?' they probably tell you to do one.

As i previously mentioned, my dad doesn't have much time to take care of these things. Since i was free most of the day, and i was in town anyway, i thought i'd try and sort things out.
Anyway, when i was speaking to the Ford employee, i didn't mention it was my dads car i was trying to track. I let him believe it was mine so he would be more inclined to help.

when i first started working there 2 years ago some gypsy pikeys managed to get into the compound and stole 5 brand new £60,000 range rovers, then used 2 to ram the barriers and drove off with 3 non damaged ones. easy £180,000
