How difficult is it to put a corsa B front end on a tigra A and vice versa?

There was a project thread on here, someone was doing it, needed to cut and weld the tigra wings, then the bonnet, slam panel, headlights etc

I wouldnt pay for it to be done, but if I had the skills and materials to do it, I would consider doing it.
