hi all.
is it possible to take the lens of a corsa b headlight paint the silver inner part black and reseal?if so how is this done?cheers

It is, but it's hard to do without damaging or breaking the lens if you have the original Valeo headlights.
Most people stick it in the oven for a bit and then it melts the glue

it is original headlights 
any idea what sort of temperature and time to put them in for as i dont want to ruin the headlight

I dunno, people have only ever said that they put it in the oven. You'll need to take the bulbs etc out so you don't blow them up, but I'd imagine that you'd have it quite hot (maybe gas mark 4-6) for a few mins and keep trying it every so often to see if it'll come off.

i just used a haridryer and a selection of knives to cut at the glue lol takes a bit longer than putting in the oven tho, and i also cracked two lenses doing it this way, probably got to impatient lol

Just hunt the scrappies for Lucas lights as they split easy.Or even try get clear Depos.(both sets above came standard on some corsa's).

clear depos only way tried with original valeo's using heat gun and after 30mins all i'd succeded in doing was mis-shaping the black bit and cracking lense, clear depos were apart sprayed and back together in that time
