What cage should we go for? I've been told the above, if so, how much and where from? I've got a rough idea of £450 in my head but it's only speculation. Is it worth going for something like this or is there cheaper methods?

fitting on them can sometimes be a bit dodgy. they used to be about 380+delivery off ebay.

i paid 420 for mine next day delivery iirc from ybracing
alot of places dont have them in stock though and they take 4 weeks to arrive

I got mine from tweeks. It took 3 weeks to come as it had to be made in Italy. Cost about £400, 3 years ago.
Just be prepared to possibly fettle the fit as I think Italians tolerances are quite big.

not sure what my cage is, but i prefer it over the OMP one's..
goes down the back of the dash, instead of in front of it
