We've not had any Vauxhalls in the family since our Cavalier SRi back in about 1992, and for some reason my dad has decided to buy an Astra.

Its a red 51 plate 1.6 8v with 40k on the clock. He got it for £1400 so i guess its a bargain.

Anyone know what they're like? I'm assuming its gonna be slow, boring, and very average

very very very slow my rents have one the same age aswell, the engine has 88bhp and as most vauxhall engines de-tuned
