what does a 99 t reg car come with as standard? air-com? elecy?
how can you tell its a 1.6, i used to have a 1.4 sport and the engine bay to my eye looks the same, is there anyway of telling the difference?

What's the license plate?
And it doesn't matter the year, Air con and leccy windows are options.

That's why I asked the license plate, not the year.

I don't get the whole "i dont want to give out the plate" and blanking of plates on pics on the net, i mean, the car will be driven, and people can see the plates when its on the road?
Just ask him what spec it is, ie windows, air con?
As for engine, ask for the engine number as this will tell you.
