right,
a front facing speed camera, that used to be a gatso. now has been alter'd to possibly truvelo as it gets you head on.
i am under the impression that it isnt allowed to flash?
as i have just been flased by this bastid. 
i will be taking it to court if i get a nip....
why? because i was doing 38mph in a 40.
there was a bike in the left lane and he pulled out into the middle. sort of going accros the lane divider, "white line" and set it off.
so if i do get a nip ill be going to court. but
i would like any help on front facing camera's that flash and blind the fuck out of you.

oh and, i was doing 38 on the speedo, about 36-37 on the gps.
so i know i wasnt speeding

thats the bugger. im sure its illegal as its in a gatso shell.
but either way, i wasnt speeding. i know i wasn't i just want to prepare enuff evidence, and paperwork to disproove this bugger.

thats whats annoying me, ive now got a clean licence. finally. gonna annoy me now for 2 weeks.  shit i didnt need.
ontop of that, i can put my 17's on as one tyre failed. i give up on this car, it refuses to be improoved

think is mine isn't that quick, dosnt put the power down well, and will never do either very well, and the seats are rubbish.
but every time i drive it, there's somthing about it.
but alas itsa worth bollocks all now, so its that thats making me keep it.
ill be annoy'd if i get a nip.
im sure that a forward facing camera that flash's is illegal thou

What are you worrying about, they usually take 2 photos, and can work out by the distance travveled in the two photos wether you were speeding or not.

i think i no which one your talking about and im pretty shure it would of flashed some one in the opposite carriage way , i was on my scooter nailing past it one night and it flashed at me and it was a beema hoofing it the opposite way .
