thinking about selling my Mk3 Golf Gti (pictures in garage) dont no how much i'll get for it, but lookin no less than 1800
what kind of car you lot think i could get, i travel 40+ miles everyday for work, has to be reliable, something german or jap, nice to look at with sutble mods, and the engine can be tuneable as well
was thinking about a mk4 golf gti, or a honda civic coupe
seen a few of each on pistonheads for reasonable prices..

Don't get N/A if you want a tunable engine unless your willing to spend alot for minimal gains. Honda's are good out the box as standard but stuggle for more power without silly money being spent.

vtec is fine, but tbh it gets boring. the only real power in the higher end of the gears etc etc.
as P1CK4D said, lots of money to get real gains. i spent around £1500 for 15bhp, bargin aye! lol
if your looking at uk civics, it'll cost you abit to fix the rusty arch and sill problems they have.
a suggestion though. look at the toyota trueno/levin ae111. 1.6 20v on itb's as standard. i had one and it beat my mates corsa c 1.8 sri every time! very comfy and really nice! mods wise, well it being itb's, get trumpets etc etc for them blah blah! listen to it raw!
