does anybody have a sportex cat back system single 3"? if so is it too loud and do you have any pics of it?

im undecieded wether to get one or not.

I had one on my 1 litre 12v... straight through centre to a single 3" backbox...

Was mega loud but I liked it lol, Dad made me take it off as I was waking all the neighbours lmao. So now have standard centre box with sportex back box. Sounds abit babba now tbh lol.

Sound well for the money.

yeh cheers m8, im undecided does it look too big on the car like out of proportion? and this is the cat back with centre silencer so i couldnt see it being too loud, about £140 delivered 2 year warrenty it sounds good!

No, IMO 3" is a perfect size for a corsa... That's just my view though. Oright it shouldn't be that loud then and should sound fit on a 1.4!

I've got the Sportex 3" Race System, cant find any pictures.. But I will say its bloody loud and it pops, bangs and flames like mad.

If you like exhaust that are loud, back fire, spit flames and pop this is the one for you Ive got one on my 1.0 and I bloody love it!

Edit: Thats with a race tube btw. it will be a lot quieter with a centre box

i had one on my 1.0 12v and it was far too loud, sounded very very shit

Loud is the way forward, i have a full stainless on my x16xe, stainless manifold, then stainless zorst but still got cat, tis loud as fooooooooooook

and i thought with the centre section it wouldnt be too lout, i h8 it when its that loud it drones on your ears, just wanted somthing nice without looking & sounding like a boy racer lol!

I have that system with decat and 4 branch, as well as induction kit an inlet manifold, and its very fucking loud.

it's really not i laugh at people with raspy exhausts on their corsa/fiesta/saxo going 20mph revving tghe nuts off the car a nie deep tone is much better.

thats what i want just a nice tone from it, which is what i was hoping to get from this system with the centre silencer! plus the fact on the motorway it will drive you crazy! lol

i often see people with their 1.4 civics and 1.2 corsa round here with mega loud exhausts, its just cringing when ur next to them and they are trying to rev/race. i actually feel embarresed for them,
