that goes to the local meet, he has yellow headlights and they look awesome, its not stickers on his lenses, they are just cool. how do i get these?

Not sure if you can still get it but you used to be able to get a yellow tinting paint for driving on the continent.

im fairly sure its not illegal.

i'm also fairly sure that it was just dont with yellow tinting spray.
