well got a problem.got insurence wih them. 30percent off online discount blah blah blah.
well got the insurence then realised they dont have a phone number? i know i should of looked first but i coulnt belive a insurence company dosnt have a phone number.and that makes the 30percent off, aload of bull its the only way you can do it
well my first payment was £156.92 as im paying monthly
then 14 days later they take there first payment £86.67
then yesterday 1day after that payment they send me a letter saying that there cancelling my policy because i have not givern proof on my NCB.
before this i had 2other letters about fax/emailing my NCB. both times i did this and on the e-mail and fax i ask for a reply that they have recived it.i hear nothing so with the letter that there cancelling it on the 6th of march i email and fax them again and i cant see it going anywere????
anyone no what i can do aout this.ive spent £243.59 this month on insurence which to me seem's abit on the high side and now thre cancelling it this week ive had the insurence 2weeks

You're not the only one with this problem...
http://www.moneysupermarket.com/COMMUNITY/forums/t/beware-of-ecar-insurance-21081.aspx
Contace the FSA and pleas your case to them. You should have the transmission receipts from when you faxed details over to them (fax machines usually always prints out an OK page once sent)
Plenty of other threads about them too if you look on google.

not evern a month on and ive got this letter.
' we are hereby giving you notice that all cover on your vechile k***tkk will be cancelled as from seven day after this letter due to non payment of premium.
there will be no insurance cover in force after 1.4.2009 and you are advised to obtain cover elsewhere befroe using or permitting your vehicle to be used on the public highway'
they also want me to pay anoth 2payments and a cancelation fee? so after not even 2months they want more money than what i was ment to pay for half the year!!
the money is in my account and was ment to be takern on the 20th.this didnt happen and i just left it in there expecting they will take it.
