or any other ideas to fit a corsa bumper back on, while not using the normal method. ie for quicker release style.

They are pretty simple Nic.
You basically measure up where you want them to go, then drill a hole the diameter of the long shaft of the clip itself:

Then rivet the dzus fastener (above) into place over the hole, so that when pressed the fastener will go through the hole.
Then you may need to do a few test fits, and make up a bracket to go behind the bumper that you can rivet the dzus spring to:

Then its just a case of putting the bumper in place in turning the clip 90 degrees to lock into the spring, giving a really secure but quick-release fit.

I'd imagine its bolted under the bonnet as well Mark, and maybe underneath, but ones in the wheel archs are always the awkward ones, so I see why Broster did that.
Nic - take a read of these fitting instructions I found:

these are used on military equipment as well as nearly all racing car manufaturers.
They are the dogs testes. I have some of their lockable catches for my kitcar bonnet.
I would rather lose by a mile because i built my own car, than win by an inch because someone else built it for me.
