right here the dealio. ive just sold my corsa b. i live up north and the buyers were from nottingham.
i sold the car at 2pm ish.
they didnt leave the area till around 6pm as they were making the most of the local beaches etc whilst they were up here.
around 6 they filled it with fuel for the trip home.
i then recieve a text saying its pissing out fuel everywhere and they want £100 back to cover it : (
i havnt really used the car much in the last few months since i bought the BMW. so i have only had about £5 of fuel in it.
all i want to know is what come backs do they have as i was totally honest about all of the little faults on the car but i had no idea the tank would leak when filled to the brim.
can i just say its litterally sold as seen and not my problem as they have had the car like 5 hours now.
sorry its a long story but this has never happened to me before.

They have driven off and there has been no problem.
You have no idea what they have been doing in the car for the last 4 hours.

Don't worry about it mate.
They could have done anything to the car in the time they have had it, was in working order with no problems when you sold it so it's there problem now.
