plus you dont need to be going quick if you hit a huge pot hole..

40mm never looks enuff no matter what size the wheels are imo. 60mm FTW

the standard splitter ust to catch slightly on high speed bumps but that was it..

and no didnt catch on full lock, was close though..

my mate has 60mm on the front with 195/45-15 and his scrappes the arches when he hits bumps, what would a 195/45 or 40 on a 16 be like??

on my white corsa it was about 65/70mm on 16s with 195/45s, ust to catch now and then on full lock..

and the gsi splitter ust to catch slighty on high speed bumps

40 profile tyres will give a lot more room mine doesnt catch at all even on full lock.

get some coilovers on the front and wind them down to match the rear

personal choice, imo my car didnt look broken at all, looked nice, subtle and low
