You do them. Not unless you have the right tools.
You buy the whole wing with them already stamped in. Used to be about £100 I think. (although a new wing from Vauxhall is only £30 brand new).

Yeah, Ive got this wing for £18 delivered.
Bargin I know. Its getting reprayed anyway but im very curious as to how they do it.
Cant be that "hi tech" they have to charge £100 for 1.

The ones you are asking about aren't just cut, they're pressed louvres.
You could just cut some holes though.

Obv i wont be using a masshoosive press machine but they'll still look the same right?
Surely, If i take my time, get my measurements correct + not cock it up 
Mesh behind the cuts to stop crap/ water flying into the intake?

As said, one is lourves (look at the website), and one (that your suggesting) is just cutting them out.
Lourves are pressed in.
Cutting out....
Sorry dude, can't really simplify it anymore 
AS said on the other post, vented wings are not functional unless you go AdamB style and cut the inner wing.
Purley for looks.

They aren't just cut using the press, they're slightly bent out at the same time, you probably could do it but it will be nowhere near as tidy.

cant you just get a sprinter wing and cut out then cut out a bit pf the corsa wing and weld on... then just a bit of filler
