Not personally had them but anything I ever see about them is talking about how bad they are and how not to get them when replacing tyres.

U can have them unless u have a low tyre pressure sencer fitted! wouldnt bother tbh they cost more, worse ride and there weigh more than a normal tyre!

they are more expensive and the ride is crap, the tyre pressure system works by the tyre diameter when air reduces so does the overall diameter and the wheel speed sensor picks this up.

Depends on what car tbh! mins/ bm's etc use that but landrovers and most french cars use the sencor inside the wheel

Drive binis with them fitted as standard regularly and they are awful.
