just change the format of the picture, will automatically change the size

read HELP on paint 
load into whatever software you have, save as jpeg.
Resize it to 800x600 too..... look for key words like RESIZE, SCALE in menus

lol open the image
then go to save as
under where it says name the image it'll say format of the image, choose .jpeg 
then click save and image will be alot smaller

use the java uploader and it will do it automatically.
it's the thing on the left.
you can also add as many as you want at the same time, rather than 4 at a time.
failing that easy task, type in google ''VSO image resizer'', then you can resize them to any size you want.
