dont think so but it would be pritty stupid becasue you wouldnt be able to see them??

The law doesn't state specific colours but it still has to function within the law.
I would rather lose by a mile because i built my own car, than win by an inch because someone else built it for me.

Put black tips on them
Or just do the needles black? They wouldnt look that bad as im guessing you would have black numbers on the dials.......unless theyre white too

You don't need a speedo, so there aren't going to be regulations on how they work.
