when you launch the game the first time it asks you if you want to start Lost and Damned.

I have sent a complaint e-mail to GAME mentioning the pre-ordering to get the points for the DLC.

i asked my mate who works at game about this today doug and he says they never said that
do you have anything in writing?

Nope I have nothing but the manager did say it.
Im not fussed if I dont get anything out of it. Its worth a shot

I like how the story connects to Nikos. However those looking for something different from normal GTA4 will be dissapointed, its more of the same with a few little new features.
