got driven in, then i got to drive his VXR with Remus and ITG filter.. very nice, very smooth considering the 19s. i was expecting tourque steer but had pretty much none.. well i couldnt detect any lol.

only issue is.. im 6ft 7" and it was a bit of an mare getting the seating position right. Im used to driving my '06 Vectra Estate and that has buckets of room.. so its like im driving a Tonka toy again

but with the seat as low as poss and all the way.. tilted the seat back a wee bit too and i was good to go. The sound of the Remus is excellent !! loved it popping all over the place and the power delivery was great. shame i didnt get to use the "sport" button but there wasnt much room cos of traffic

all in.. loved the car but the seating is a slight issue playing on my mind. why the seats cant go lower i dont know. grrrrr

im 90% sure on getting one now.. but i will test drive a Focus ST before making my mind up.

Steve, surely you can just fit some aftermarket bucket seat subframes (they usually sit lower) and then re fit the standard seats to those lower subframes?

i find the recaros in the focus don't go down far enough and im 6' so i think you'll get a bit annoyed with them

sound of the 5 cylinder engine + boost in 2nd + 3rd gear though, makes it all worthwhile.
