Where do people find these pcso's that seem to spout such tripe. I've been pulled once by a pcso, well 2 of em. It was for driving through a pedestrianised zone, he told me he could give me a Ł30 fine but said he'd leave it at a producer, then why he was writing it out I had a bit of banter with his female colleague
Tbh, I've never had a problem with power mad coppers. Only thing I didn't like was when 2 coppers pulled me for a spot check, I got in their car, seen my details on the ANPR screen, even the fact my insurance was with Norwich Union, I was fine with em but they still gave me a producer (I thought that was part of the idea of ANPR so you don't need producers as much) then he also decided to joke about me being a disqualified driver
All the others have been sound tho

2 strikes and you're out. Worth selling your car now Section 59 is on your car, not you.

a section 59 is on you mate not just your car, so if do somthing wrong in someone elses car they cud technically take that

again bollocks, this makes me so glad I've qualified as a PO, rather that PCSO, couldn't be bothered with people that don't know telling me what i can and can't do all day

at all the policital correctness snobs in here.
It was snowing last night, we have a 20k motor. You gonna tell me im a chav for doing a few handbrakeys on the road????? Get a grip goody two shoes.
I laugh at those pc people. They are there to assist, not to act like formal police officers. I'd have told him to get lost and go find some drunk teens to deal with.
Also, people saying they can't arrest....??
Well im a civilian and I can arrest someone, so why can't they? (its called a citizens arrest for the un-educated ).
He certainly has scared the cr4p out of you though hasn't he So it worked.
Cancel my insurance Hence why its good to know your motoring laws, what the police can and cannot do, so you don't get picked on in these situations.

again untrue. Why reply with something you obviously know nothing about and make yourself look stupid? When i applied for police, i said i'd be gutted if i got accepted as pcso instead of an officer, and this is why. Not because It's a crap job, It's not, but because people don't have a clue what they really do
