Could be a photoshop.

Could also be made using 1 car. Take a picture, move the car down a space, take another picture etc.
Then clone it all together in photoshop.
EDIT:
EXAMPLE
The above was done with 5 £1 coins, moved back a row and a new picture taken. Then joined in photoshop.

Or it could be real

Still very cool though

first 3 look real as the second 2 have numbers on the screen , otherwise it just looks stretched
