i got a quote on a 1.4 sport with quinn direct for 865 thats as being a 17 year old with a provisional licence. but i adapted the quote to having a full license and it went up to 2k odd. my mate had insurance on his 106 with a different site and his premium didnt go up after he told them he had a full license. is this generallly what happens?

sometimes provisional licenses are cheaper because your under supervision of someone else,so therefore safer+ its their way of making easy money

quinn tried charging my stepbruv £65 for admin fees just to tell them he had passed his test

yes thats what generally happens because when you are a provisional license holder you can only drive with some one who is 21 or older and had license for 3 or more years.. and when you drive on your one with full license, insurance goes up...

Quinn is bugger when you crash too, was paying £875 on my 1.2, had a little pran, no damage to my car, they wanted me to pay an extra £900. It had changed to £1700. Told them where to shove it and changed company.

Same here when i passed 2 years ago but they found out and sent me documents to sign that i was driving lol

And it rises because there are badgers that drive around without insurance and hit people, so we who abide to the law have to suffer
