Ive always wanted to own one for some reason, all in all they are probably rubbish cars, but I just love they way they look and always fancied the thought of driving one, roof down in the summer. Not that I will be buying one at all, just wondering really. Do they break every 3 miles??

There so much fun to drive. There slow as shit and the brakes are a joke but the driving position and sound more than make up for it.

you can buy everything for old MGB's literaly everything brand new off the shelf.. well over the net and they are made by the origenal machines that made the cars in the first place.

reliability wise.. come off it its a old styled engine which is a piece of piss to work on and if anyone disagrees then they should be hung by there nuts and shot in the face.

easy to maintain and easy to get the parts, just make sure you clean it regularly to wash out and mud/watter traps and your laughing

oh and if you can get the chrome bumper mgb as the black plastic ones arent as nice

Bseries is a old old engine design, but could do a job

V8 is the well known rover/buick lump, and IMO the better option

you can get EVERY part brand new from british heritage/rimmer bro's etc

worth it if you can get a GT, or wack a k series etc in it
