whats the average mpg these do around town and what do they do on average on the motorway?

ive had 37mpg on motorway and usually average about 26-27 round town in a gsi

its rare that i use 3rd or 4th gear really. 1st, 2nd, 5th. can sit at 30 in 5th and pull well enough.

i get about 290 miles to a tank. which costs about 40-42 quid currently.
