Looks like it's a bug fix for the HDMI 'No Sound' bug.

Aye HDMI fix, aswell as some speed issues somewhere in the menu's (lockups, etc when browsing NXE or bringing up the system menu during gameplay)
tbh, I've noticed some improvements with the speed side, but HDMI issue was never a problem with me.

The new menus they implemented around Christmas have just slowed the whole slow process down even more 
Good that they are fixing this stupid menu crashing problem though, irritating as fuck that every time you try to access friends menu you are on edge hoping the thing wont crash

i keep getting, connection to host lost and getting booted. even though the connection monitor thingy is at full green bars
