Just been browsing an Irish car site, seen as i'm thinking of moving back there, and came across a C20LET Corsa....

Click

Today's prices, that works out about £6100 !!

So.... Import your cars over there and get rid! Make a big profit.... worse thing is tho that people over there will pay it because they have no choice !

Cost you loads to ship it & tax & reg it at a guess, wouldnt be worthwhile!!

I remember reading somewhere new cars cost loads more to buy. New Focus RS is about £35k.

Their mad on the C20LET's in Ireland but theres not much over there, cars & parts wise!!

I quite often have lads come over on the boat for cars and parts with me being a fairly close port to them

When my brother sold his 318is a couple of years ago he had loads of phonecalls from dealers in Ireland that come over a couple of times a week to get cars. When he looked on Irish Autotrader he realised why. The car he sold for £2000 would've been resold over there for around 4.5-5.5k

I sold a Toyota Townace to a bloke in Ireland. It was a none runner when I got it, done a couple of little jobs on it to get it going and sold it on ebay to him for around £2k!!! Think I had around £175 in it
