keys are locked in my car ! and the cars running

lots of petrol
worse the fan doesnt kick in so will overheat sooner or later!!!

ANY IDEAS ON BREAKING IN?

Getting in is the easy bit.. Starting modern cars is normally impossible with out the keys

modern cars are shite. my cars key free so went out but left the keys in the front door. turned the car off and couldn't turn it back on so i was stuck in blockbuster 3 miles away until my dad came with my keys

But keeping your spare key in the car is an EPIC FAIL! lol.. Imagine a opportunist thiefs delight as they are rooting through your car for CD's and valuables!

It would probably save the seasoned car thief about 3 seconds in a Corsa. They are so un-secure.

Only the very early models without transponders..

Impossible to get around it unless you either a) swap out the ECU/Traponder or b) know the ecu pin and have access to the right tools to programme a new key.

IF someone wants your car that badly.. To the point that they have taken the time to work out what ECU you've got and source an ECU/Transponder/Chip then there isnt really much you could do lol
