Very interesting read, if he wins the case, does that mean all the illegal camera's will have to be torn down that's the question, or will parilment just pass them all quickly in a day????

people who get caught speeding by a fixed camera to be honest should pay the fine and then some more, if they are that bad a driver (in terms they obviously are not fully aware of thier surroundings) then they should pay, i mean the boxes are bright yellow (in most places) there are published lists of where they are and satnavs will indicate them, i mean cmon

They hide some of them. I once went past one too fast that was behind a tree, didn't see it til I'd already gone past it. Luckly, it wasn't turned on, or didn't have any film in or sumit coz I never heard anything about it after.

There's a speed camera I go past every week, in winter it's alright you can see it, when there's leaves on the trees tho, it hides it, you can only see it about 10 yards before you get to it

I know of several like this Mike. Right twats! One almost had me a few months back, one of those oncoming ones. It's down hill, on a country lane whereby every fucker just sits on your arse doing the speed limit.

Yes getting caught by a speed camera makes me a bad driver.
I should break excessively no matter what the road condition and disregard the car behind me to slow down in time for that bright yellow box I stupidly didnt see behind the tree/wall/road sign/corner/fucking lorry in front.
