25-50 should be fine with a direct shot.
Its not messy, easy to install..... Just the two solenoids, two nylon lines and the injector, in the engine bay.........(unless you want an injector per port)
You wont melt anything if its jetted right.

If you have throttle bodies you want to go for a wizard of NOS kit BUT the direct port setup.
Single injector per trumpet.
As for controller it depends on how far you want to go with the NOS, i would as the gains you can get from on are massive.

Ye contact Wizard of nos explain what your after.
They will sell you a NOS kit with a Direct port splitter block to run 4 injectors.
With a progressive controller i would start low and build yourself up. Should easy take 25 shot per cly.
How long it last is how much you use it

id advise you to get a heater to as your always running at the same pressures then, if the pressure drops or raises etc dependant on outside temperature the nitrous amount will be different. so say you set it up now in winter at say 800psi then you use it in the summer at 850psi as the bottle has been sat in the sun then you'll be throwing in more nos than in the winter......does that make sense? controllers are very good i run the max extreme in mine and it has endless settings, but it was £650 when i got it......and lastly it doesnt have to look messy, you can hardly tell its there in my engine bay
