Jetta, randomly pressed the buttons for air recirc, rear screen heater and air con at the same time, the lights on all 3 started flashing until one was turned off.

Had a look at the manual there, can't see anything about it.

Anybody know why it happens or what it does?

was the car moving at the time? or was it just on idle?

might have just put a bit to much load on the battery mate

Was moving, temperature was also 3.5 degrees if that makes any difference, I think thats when the air con cuts out.

I can't get the Climate Control off "Econ" mode in the Ibiza at very very sub 0 temps - may have been the same thing?
