40mm drop 15inch alloys and 45 profile tyres 
the camber might need a slight adjustment but nothing that really needs to be worried about unless being really picky

a lot depends on offset... if the offset is correct(or atleast near enough) then camber wont be needed to be adjusted...

Offset has nothing to do with camber.
If you think when you go over a bump, on the front the wheels don't go up vertically, it's the same when you lower a car; because the suspension components are at a higher position when your car is sat level your wheels aren't sat vertical anymore hence camber.
