are the corsa c sri's any good
they look great out the box and quite cheap to insure and buy
quite fance one within the next few months
can be made to look great too.
seems a bit easy to me?? are they any good?

Looks wise, the facelift ones are better. They also get updated engines i.e. Twinport 1.4's which is also chain driven.

The 1.4 is pretty good on insurance.

The 1.8 is the one to have.

If you're going 1.4, consider an Exclusiv. Rare, but you get full leather, climate, and other fancy bits.

ill be definately getting the 1.8
what are the price differences on the facelift/prefacelift
any examples/pics of both as im unsure of the differences

You can get 1.8's for under £2k now pre-facelift. Pay as much as £6k, may be more on a 1.8!

Just search AutoTrader with a budget of £1k to £6k. You'll see the differences as you increase in price.

ive just got a 05 plate 1.8 sri,

i think its awsome, mint to drive and really quick too

smokes my mates 1.8 turbo golf!

ive got a 1.8 sri corsa c it goes alrite for a small car im happy with it and like the way it drives

how much are you looking to spend on 1?

150bhp standard, 1.8t golfs arent as quick as people think, my mates is a s reg 1.8 t with full stainless system, my corsa has remap and induction kit and doesnt leave mine
