for a 1.4 sport the best quote ive had so far is £1447 thats tpft. as a 17 year old with no ncb. this was on quotezone with fluxdirect. i've just tried re-running the quote and they said they couldnt insure me. the next best quote was 2600 or something stupid. is there anything else i can try? has anyone else tried to get insured on a 1.4 sport as their 1st car? cheers

Judging by the figures people post up of their insurance. A 1.4 sport for a 17 year old.... that's not a bad quote mate.
Bit of a shame they can't re-run the quote, did it say why?

Tried bell mate?
Usually using their flexibell cover on a 10month accelerator scheme brings it down

it said unable to quote for a driver with your circumstances. im not 17 yet. but im just looking to see how much insurance is. sometimes it says insurer is too busy to quote also. but so far fluxdirect has been the best price by far.
i currently have a moped but a car would be a lot more quicker and practical. if anyone has had cheap insurance on a 1.4 sport could they please tell me where they got it from? thanks

If your with Churchill i think it is, you can transfer your moped no claims to a car

Compared to other prices I have seen bro that doesn't seem to bad - keep shopping around you'll find a reasonable quote somewhere
