See drivers like it all the time, it really annoys me as well, its so infuriating because they will be the ones that dont kill someone or rearend some poor sod like me doing 10 / 15mph under the limit because of the conditions

I saw the most stupid thing so far last night
Was thick fog on the A13 and I mean thick, you couldnt see 10m in front. I was moseying along in the inside lane at about 60.
All of a sudden I am faced with an old fiesta in front doing about 35-40 with NO LIGHTS ON WHAT SO EVER! 
So I put on the anchors and gave him a few flashes in a wtf are you doing with no lights on manner. The twat didnt understand this and just moved into the fast lane with no idication and continued to sit at 35 with no lights on making it even more dangourous in the dark foggy conditions

Must be Reading thing OJC,
I was queing in traffic on the Kings road on my way back to Maidenhead and some fuckwit carrying a radiator on a bike, came flying out of a line of statinary traffic, wobbled nearly went into the side of my car, then cut across the front of me luckily i was doing 7mph tops!
Then had the audacity to call me a cunt when i beeped him

had a daewoo beside me at traffic lights tonight with the most hideous huge halfords spoiler there could possibly be stuck on the back. looked like adam b's silver thing
tried racing me then flashed me and shook his head because his car was slow

To be honest people driving fast in the fast lane doesnt bother me, because half the time im one of them! Commuting over 60 miles a day in a large family works car, i tend to do a bit of speed up and down the M3.
However, i tend to get annoyed with the people on the opposite end of the spectrum who drive 5mph everywhere and leave rediculously huge braking distances in the height of the rush hour and being oblivious to everyone else.
Top of the list goes to indicating (or not indicating) and slowing down 1/4 of a mile away from the road they are turning into!
I do know what you people mean though by young youths who drive even dangerously in the weather conditions.
