I love how well my 1.6 sport is doing on fuel atm considering the headgasket is shot and exhaust has got a huge blow.
Still getting 160+ miles to £20

mine does about 27mpg odd everyday and usually 34mpg on long journeys, not bad for a heavy car with a 2.5 6 pot.

Saying that, i did alot of motorway in our 1.9 tdi caddy and was doing 90 -100 the whole time for 400 miles and the probably another 100 full throttle accelerating around town and on slip roads etc and still did 39 mpg If i drove my car like that i think i would of averaged about 25 at the most!

1.6 Sport, 95% town driving, mostly sensible bit of right foot action etc with powerflow centre section, magnex backbox, drilled and derestricted airbox and K&N panel which is filthy gets me an easy 65 miles to a tenner at the mo
Thats a bit shit. I get at least 70 to a tenner, all town driving, thats x16xe, dbilas inlet, fast road cams, ported polished head, lightened flywheel, stainless manifold and full stainless exhaust etc. and engines on 104k
Been like it since I bought it, runs fine always has, nice smooth engine... prob closer to 70 to a tenner now but yeah you're getting good MPG there
