i like the look of how the cam cover shows of the cms. how do you do it to get the holes perfect. and how would you cut it

draw round something similar size where the pulleys are, cut it out with a jigsaw? and tidy up edges with sandpaper etc?

i have often wondered this..

way i would do it would be blu tack dipped in paint positioned on the pulley nut so that when you line up the covers its leaves a mark dead centre

cut holes sand nicely and spray the cover!

doubt youl get it perfect mate,but id guess something long the lines of measuring out off that centre bolt and marking the centres of each circle.

drill out centre then cut full circle with jigsaw

use a hole saw bit for a drill. mark centre like what kurt said so you know where you are at.

pointless tbh unless you have adjustable verniers that easy access could be useful.
