heat gun, wall paper scraper, then after that some sand paper and white spirits..

thats the way, done mine about a month ago. Just be careful when scrapping, i pushed too hard and scratched the floor and when i painted over it you could see some scratch marks. So be careful.

hairdryer , credit card thats gets it off , then hairdryer and credit card for the tacky shit then use petrol or tar remover for the residue left

heat gun with a scraper and mix up tar remover with petrol that works a treat
