Bought a new model car of eBay, Seller recieved my payment but now hes saying the model is sold out.

What should i do? Just tell him to send the money back?

Well what has he suggested? Surely he didn't just say it's sold out.

Does he just plan on keeping your money then?

I bought a splitter off ebay and it sold out as well even though it was still for sale , what i'm doing is waiting another few weeks for more stock, he said he could refund if i wanted.
Obviously the seller can't just take the money and not send you anything.

He has another model the same but with different details. Im not to keen on it though



Hasnt said nothing about a refund.

dont wait for him to tell you about a refund, tell him you want a refund as he hasnt got what you paid for.

If he gets more stock can always pay again better your money in your pocket than someone sitting behind a computer somewhere else in the world
