proton satria gti's?

i know the name will put u off but with lotus handling/setup n a mitsibushi engine they cant be that bad can they?and with recaro's as standard looks like a bargin.. what you guys think of them?

i have they thirsty like but go ok and u can always get a mit evo engine in

Had one quite a few years ago, great cars dont remember having any problems apart from when i got carried away once and hit a kerb resulting in a £1500 repair bill. They replaced everything but it never felt the same



Mates got one with an evo engine. It might even be 4x4 by now, havent seen him for a while.

cheap and old fashioned inside

didnt seem quick enough fo warrent the high insurance bill

I see a bird driving a x-reg one most days on the way to work with a intercooler hanging on the front behind some mesh..i wanna know the spec on that bad boy!

i remember hearing before that a gts/vts won't get away in the twistys and on the straights there suppose to be good also

im sure their 130bhp as standard and that their electronic 4 wheel drive,


edit - their not 4 wheel drive i was thinking of something else

they have an awsome chassis. love being chucked about and the brakes are spot on when stamping on them high speed.

I hope your 2nd pic isnt ment to be one of an Evo engine in a Satria,as that aint no Evo motor in the pic.

Didnt say i didnt beleive u mate.Just that dosnt look like an Evo engine.

However i have never seen an Evo1 engine so cant really comment now.I was just thinking it would maybe have been a newer Evo motor.From a 4 upwards.
