A guy at work skidded on ice in the car park last week & rumped into the back of a parked car - minimal damage.
He moved his car out the way & 2 seconds later another car entered the car park skidded on the same bit & hit the same car on the same panel.
Its gone silly now, the woman whos car was his is saying the wheels are bent & its not roadworthy....even though it was only rear bumper damage that it recieved (very light) & she is getting taxi's into work & has approached my workmate & said hes to pay for them. & the 2nd guy that run into the car has now claimed he didnt hit her, even though he went into the building straight after & confessed what had happened to someone there.
Im of the opinion that since someone else ran into the womans car its now between them, as the damage caused when my mate hit it wasnt assessed before it was hit the 2nd time.

Will be different for that type of accident then as they have 2 different ends to work off when assessing the damage. But 2 hits on the same bit, theres no way they can work out whos liable for what!?

I'd split it tbh. Women needs to be slapped with a fish for being so ridiculous. Really annoys me when people try to make a point in such a childish manner.
Or the people who crashed into the cars should have opposite locked it and drifted round her car
