The best part of a Kit Kat, is the biscuit... why would you want a solid bar of Nestle Chocolate, just buy a Yorkie!

That happened to my Aunt, She phoned the helpline and they sent out a big box of KitKat's (So i'v been told)

They do this occasionally, we once wrote in because a breakaway had no writing 'engraved' in the chocolate and they apologised with a box of mis-shapes

Used to get this all the time when we where kids as loads of people parents worked in the the factory and got the reject biscuits.

Im sure it was kit kats but I might be wrong, it was over 15 years ago

You can buy the factory second biscuits from Costco and Makro or you used to anyway.
