Got my insurance renewal through today. Paying £1500 just now for the 1.4 16v sport with all mods declared

New quote came through,18 years old,policy in my name,with my first year's no claims bonus and brought it down to £779.66. Didn't expect that big a drop to be honest!

lol i had exactly same car,same age as you same insurance i ad the car 6 month and wrote it off..meks me even more gutted lol i paid £1560 which was £156 a month lol didnt realize how much it brings it down lol

And being 18 helps.17 is the highest risk possible so its not all down to a years NCB.

i've heard on the grape vine quinn direct are in abit of financial trouble. I rang up buh got no info as i don't fancy loosing my no claims off them lol.
