Don't think I've ever had a coldsore, I think they're like ulcers though, you get them when you're ill and run down..not sure how to get rid of them though.

Just use Zovirax or fenistil(sp?) and catch it as quick as possible. If you get them a lot you'll know when it's coming on.

Lysene Tablets mate! Boost your immune system!

I used to be plagued with Cold Sores then started on these and haven't had any for months and months!! *touch wood*

Also take them before drinking!!

Plus use TCP or Surgical spirit to dry them out!
