This isnt skill, its just idoitic behaviour, not even drifting, they have no control of the car 90% of the time as this video shows, WORK WARNING for you squeemish people as pedresians are killed, mainly 2.54

What kinda car is it? Looks nothing special, he can drive pretty well, Even when it spins out he has it going dead straight down the road.
