I just had a terrible 4 hours at work - about 8 customers in a row who were all assholes. The last customer resulted in me physically ejecting him from the shop for calling me a liar, when i had done nothing wrong.

I came back in with steam coming out of my ears and was so angry that I didnt know what to do with myself.

I was stood in our store room out the back and for some reason I just picked up a coffee mug and launched it at the brick wall. It exploded on impact and It felt rather good so I did another. Then a dinner plate felt my wrath.

All this has resulted in our shop being 5 coffee mugs, 5 dinner plates and 3 saucers worse off than we were half an hour ago but I feel absolutely great.

Highly recommend this theropy if your a bit arsed off.

When I used to work at Burger King I used to go out the back in the walk in fridge and beat the shit out the whopper box's.
