I brought my corsa about 7-8 months ago, waited 4 the logbook, it never turned up, so i sent the new keepers slip of along with the applciation forum for a new logbook,

rang the dvla god noes how many times to find out 2day, the person who i got it off is saying they still have the car, ,

iam worried i have a dodgey car !!!

i had the new keepers slip but i sent it to the dvla , like the forum said,
i have the car, but they gona send the 5.0 to check it out, and if its all wrong they will take it

dodgy stuff i wouldnt of sent off the orginal tbh just a photocopy

most places wont accept anything thats a photo copie.. You might have a ringer but hope you can get this sorted without loosing the car..

u should have taken a copie of green slip!

i think its just the previous owner messing arround.. was it a chav of some sorts?

i dont no iam just worried there gona take my car with all the bits on it,
it runs out of tax the end of the month, when i went he didnt look like a chav, dressed normally, he was with his girlfriend, whos car it was on the v5,
the reason i sent the new keepers off was so i didnt have to send a cheque ! stupid me !!!

i had his number , and everythin , my phone broke a few days after, i have a bit of stuff at home ill check in there, the odd thing is, amoung the stuff was a full v5c for a black nova sri ? , its all confuseing

Always better to go down to the DVLA in person to sort stuff like this out.

i had to go to get my cars tax class changed from disabled to normal tax class which ever it is..

took me ages to get that.. had to go 5 times...

How much did you pay for the car? What year model is it?

Did you buy it from the guys home? Go inside it if so?

I always use the bog at the persons home if they're already outside when I turn up to see a car to ensure they live there!
