Try flatting if off and then polishing it back up with a fairly coarse polish. Failing that you can cheat and use something like autoglym super resin polish.

Using and mop/buffer will get most marks out, using some lime juice, fastcut, theres loads you can use. G3 will do it too but it hard by hand.
