I know we have Ten of the Best and Time Attack which is there to kinda sort this question out..
but looking at some of the stuff that America and NZ/Australia kick out.. plus Germany..
are we really any good ?
Cos people like Pac Performance Racing (rotary cars) kinda beat the hell out of Dragon..
random thread i know but its a good question i think.

ZEN or RCM..... its all really marque specific though.... dont really know a tuner that doesnt specialise in one type of car.

after seeing ZEN at the Time Attack at Brands.. was very impressive
i know we have that Kings of Europe event.. but it would be very good to have a world event.
held at a really good race circuit.. one that would cater for all sorts of car setups
So if any multi millionaires are reading this .. GET IT SORTED.. would be amazing

Cosworth....
Who else supplies so many tuned race engines all over the world.
(no-one said street tuners ).
In terms of the best tuning companies, none of the "fast road" companies like courtenay, Norris designs, or anyone like that come close.

Not only is it marque specific, it's hard to define "best".
Someone might be amazing at building engines but have absolutely terrible aftersales, some people will favour one tuner (for example Courtenay) while others would argue that another (Regal?) are better at doing the same thing.
IMO, there's no all round 'best' tuner, it's just who is the best in their field, if you're building a massive power Skyline for drag racing, you're not going to take it to Chorley Street Garage, of you're building a big power 1600 CVH Escort turbo, you wouldn't go to Zen.
As Daimo says though, Cosworth (if you can define them as a tuner) are probably THE best, although some of their products are of questionable quality these days, as the Passionford boys would no doubt tell you....

Sue/John? They sell Mongoose exhausts. Don't think they do anywhere near as much Cosworth stuff as they used to, but I might be wrong.
