It needs complete new brake pipes, 2 rear springs (getting 4 eibachs fitted), front disks + £53 for MOT.
I think the garage is £45 an hour, how much are we talking roughly do we think?

springs are a doddle to fit, disks are nearly as easy, its only the brake pipes that are anything like a bit of work

it's for the bmw 323i not the corsa, so the springs are slightly harder but still easy in theory. I tried to do the rear springs but one bolt JUST ONE BLOODY BOLT stopped me, so i got very pissed off and left it to someone else to get angry over it.

The annoying thing is the disks were excessively corroded but they still have very good stopping power. thats what i said to the guy and he said "na it's still an mot fail"

i done brake pipes on two cars...

on the floor.. it isnt too bad...

my local garage flared the ends for me for four cans of beer..

pipes are 10 quid for 25 foot(u need two packs) and bolts are 35p each..

the thing to watch out for is petrol tank bolts... they like to snap.
